Empty all pockets (we’ll return any items found).Place laundry in a reusable bag, bin, or laundry bag (we can provide bags if needed).No need to sort — we’ll handle that.For best results, note any special instructions during booking (e.g., delicate items, specific detergents, stains to treat).You can place your laundry in tie-off bags, or even large plastic bags - if you don't have any and can only leave out your regular laundry basket, we'll transfer your clothes to one of our heavy duty bags. We'll return your clean laundry in fresh, tied off plastic bags upon return.

Absolutely. You're welcome to include your detergent of choice with your laundry (we won't include it in the weight - just make sure it's visible). We wash using free & clear detergent without fabric softener so if you have a special preference, we can do our best to accommodate!

We make it super easy! Just leave your laundry in a bag, basket, or hamper outside your front door, on your porch, or in your garage (if accessible) at the start of your scheduled pickup window. Tips for smooth pickups:Place it in a clearly visible spotUse one bag for regular dry and separate hang-dry items if you have preferences.Remove items from pockets.Add any special instructions on a note if needed (if you included notes with booking then we'll reference that). We’ll pick it up, wash/dry/fold it with care, and return it neatly folded and bagged within your chosen turnaround window. If you have any special requests for pickup location, just let us know when you book — we’re happy to accommodate!

Currently: large comforters, duvets, heavy blankets, pillows, rugs, shoes, leather, dry-clean-only garments, or heavily contaminated items (e.g., with hazardous materials). We focus on everyday residential laundry. To ensure the safety of our team and equipment, the following items cannot be accepted for service:Clothing or items contaminated with hazardous materials, chemicals, bodily fluids, or strong odors that could affect other customers' laundry. Items with infestations of bed bugs, lice, fleas, or other pests. Items with excessive pet hair that cannot be reasonably removed through standard washing (we may attempt to remove pet hair, but results are not guaranteed). If any of the above conditions are discovered after pickup, we reserve the right to return the items without processing them and charge a $50 handling fee to cover the additional time and resources required for safe handling and return.By using our services, you confirm that the items being picked up do not contain any of the above conditions.

We check pockets during processing and will return any items found (money, keys, AirPods, etc.) with your clean laundry.
